- The newly designed 811A battery spot welder is equipped with six super capacitors for energy storage and power supply for pulse welding. Compared to a traditional AC spot welder, it does not interfere with the electric circuit, which means no more tripping problems. The machine's super energy-gathered pulse technology combines with a max welding power of 36 KW to provide a reliable welding effect.
- Compared to the expensive and large-size laser welding mahcine, the 811A model is much cheaper and portable but offers a comparable welding effect, providing you a cost-effective solution for professional spot welding requirements.
- Equipped with the 75A separated-style spot welding pen and 'AT/MT' two welding modes, this machine allows you to work easily and efficiently. The low power consumption technology enables you to use the machine efficiently for 12 hours with no heating problems.
- The pulse welding power can be set up conveniently via two adjusting buttons(0-99 range), which is shown directly on the panel LED screen(welding power/capacitor voltage/actual welding current are displayed). The maximum welding current is 6000 A, 0.5mm nickel and 0.3mm copper(with flux) can be easily welded.
- Widely used in battery pack building&maintenance and common metal welding. Suitable for metal like copper, nickel, stainless steel, iron, brass, titanium, molybdenum, etc.
